SCDNR

S.C.U.T.E. is a volunteer organization under the direction of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. We are dedicated to the preservation of sea turtles along the South Carolina coast. Click below to learn more about SCDNR.

S.C.U.T.E. and SNDNR work closely with the South Carolina Aquarium and the their sea turtle care center.  The South Carolina Sea Turtle Care Center takes in sea turtles that have been injured through shock from being exposed to cold temperatures along with injury from a boat strike, shark bite or angler fisherman. Check out more from the SC Aquarium.
